Yes, it has been awhile since I last updated this page. I have been ill for 10 days (that’s long ok!). I’ve missed my farewells, classes and open houses. Now that I have a lot more energy, I want to thank my beautiful London family for taking care of me .. especially Yan for taking care of me on Monday and Tuesday (second and third day of raya)! You have been my sweet angel. If you weren’t around I would be even more devastated for being ill during Eid. Marrrriiiamm and Suuuu.. Love you guys, Love the soup and thanks for the visit Marr, you don’t know how much it means to me. Natte for the blog entry.. you are very very very sweet and how I missed you so, your text was therapeutic and I wish I get more messages from you *hint hint* (yes yes ill get a bb one day :) ) . Not forgetting my two housemates, Mira and Faezah, who constantly making sure ive been fed and getting better. Dina, Azz and Drog for the messages, I hope you are all well. Seriously, I am blessed for having such great friends. But most importantly, my sayang, he was there allllllll the time (skype la) but he didn’t sleep making sure I was alright.. I miss you sayang and I LOVE YOUUUU!!! Ok, that was my award winning moment for being ill.. heeeee !!

Heniways, better late than never, I would like to wish to all of you SELAMAT HARI RAYA. Sorry for the late wish and Halalkan and makan minum yer.. dan Maaf zahir batin. I bet everyone had an excellent Raya. Raya for me was quite subdued after the first day. I missed the weekend where everyone had their open houses which was sucks but its ok, at least I wasn’t spreading germs :P .

I still haven’t started work due to work permit reasons, and I’ve started to get bored. Hmmmm…. To Alia, Yas and Yan, I hope you had a good start at work today/last week. I hope ill start work soon but I am starting my AUD this week! Excitedddddd.. Raya is almost over, and we have to work hard! Nthn Christmas… On another note, I am contemplating on whether I should do an open house for raya or a Halloween Party. Hmmmm im bored. I need ideas.. ok peeps.

Pampered by a friend.. is the best thing lah!

Good bye busy weekday and hello gorgeous weekend! Yesterday, I went to Birmingham for my second last CBT class (yeay) and went back to Nik Yan’s to get my things from hers (Bcuz I crashed her place the night before, mmg tak malu!) and got a lucky text from her and Alia saying that she was getting ready for her delicious nasi ayam (woohoo!!). Later, after having 2 servings of the best nasi ayam, I had a bad gastric attack.. Oh my god it was so horrible, you can see it on my face (haha, I looked constipated I think, eww tp mmg buruk aaa). Yan, being all motherly, she massaged my stomach until the pain went away – like 2 hours after that kot..(Yan I sayang you sangat!!!). How can I not love her.. So obviously I tak larat nk balik right?? So, the plan was to go back in the morning and go to work from home. Yan again being my guardian angel, she lend me her work clothes.. it was soooo funny (hello Yan’s baju mostly size 6!), I can hardly fit into any of her pants.. but tada managed to fit one of her cute skirt, yeay.. Well I thought I will look cool with my camper shoes, but after leaving her house, I realised the shoes looked funny with my work clothes.. haha.. But the point of this story is.. I LOVE YOU YAN!!

Anyway, its Friday the 19th, and that means another 8  days till pay day.. Hmm… I’ve told Ifham that I don’t want to shop this month (hehe well at least that was the plan) but most places are now have started their Summer sale and you do want to grab the nice things and they usually go first (obviously).

So, here is the latest information I’ve got:

Yan and Alia are going to Selfridges tonight. Should I go? Hmmm Ifham gave me a green light but I am still in a dilemma. I do want to get a hand bag. Jimmy Choo? Michael Kors? Ahh the temptations..Oh well lets see.. Well I have to go home first.. ive left Dina alone last night.. Maybe I can even drag her to Selfridges muehehehe…. OK lets see. Another weekend has gone and another new week is on its way..

I have so much to share with you what happened over the weekend. But it is already late for me now, i hope ill be able to update tomorrow. Hmmm even though it will be another busy week for me, i will try my best. I hope everything goes well for everyone this week. Tomorrow is another Monday, i will have to find 5 more positive things to keep me up and happy :D .

FRIDAY.. I love Fridays

Lunch time:

It’s a good day.. I love Fridays. Today particularly, is going to be an exciting one for me *raising both eye brows*. Abang will be arriving today (excited!!) and I will be spending more time with Ili and Nik Yan tonight. Yan, Ili and myself used to be in the same class in standard 1 (1 delima) in Convent Bukit Nanas (1). We were quite an amusing bunch of kids: Ili was the cool gangster one, Yan was the sweet sarcastic one and I was the snobbish perasan one…hahaha.. this is it, looking back at those old times makes us laugh and the best part is, we can still talk about each other with each other as if we have been good friends forever (Ili and Yan are best friends anyways, hopefully for life ;) ). We’ve all grown up to be a wonderful person (I think, ala I kan the perasan one.. let me be!). But seriously, I am very proud of my friends, both of them are successful and doing really well in life, InsyaAllah.

Anyway, I am supposed to be having lunch now. Look what im having… yum yum~~

Lovely Saturday

What a lovely day, I had my morning workout, had a long shower until I realized I was late.. I got ready quickly as I was meeting Kak Radziah (OMEC Chairman aka my bos) at Chorus hotel for another 30 minutes. Of course I arrived late —> with style and with a good reason behind it (I did went through a blunder with my ride, London transport, what’s new :P ).. We end up having a good meeting with interesting plans for a few months ahead (at least it will help me stop thinking of my beau, sigh). After all the hard work, went to MSD for lunch.

Then I went to do some research for the events I will be organizing. So first stop: Stowe Centre in Harrow road, it is a youth centre, but they also have a hall that you can rent for an event (and bloody cheap too!). Went in and to my surprise I met this very “friendly” Ghanian youth worker (well he is from Ghana, and he called himself a Ghanian, so I hope I’m not wrong), and we ended talking for almost fourty five minutes.

He started of with “ Wow, you have a nice smile” (that’s the first!!, and I was flattered, won’t you??). Don’t worry Chagi, I didn’t flirt Hahaha.. I just said “You’re too kind”, I hope I answered right because I do need his help in the end of the day. Yeah, we started of talking about the Hall, the price and all the things I need to know to crime in Westminster to travelling to music and end up with, “ Would you think that I am hitting on you if I ask for your number?” hahahaha At this point I was, Oh sugar, what should I do (a little sweaty, yeah it was hot LOL), well what the hack, I just gave him for the sake of networking (again I hope I am doing the right thing). Hence, I answered “ Of course not, I am sure we can keep this at a professional level”.  Whatever la kan… but I actually think it was a quality conversation.. hmmm.. he did say he will contact me if there is any event coming up..

Then I went to see Nik Yan.. Haris her son is so much bigger, healthier, stronger and cuter than the last time I visited them… Chomelllsss!!! Yes Yan too, she lost soooo much weight.. Hats off to you my dearest!  Makes me want to have one, stopppp!!!! not going there! Hhehe… Met Nik Azmi and Yanti at Yan’s too. Two individuals that I always meet at random places but never actually talked for almost four years.. ironic?? Not really, that happens a lot in my life I’m afraid. And finally, today we talked and actually they’re both REALLY nice :D ..

Then went back home.. but the highlight of the day was, my new pair of gladiator sandals that I bought last week with Mariam at River Island.. Love it to bits!! It is comfi too.. Love River Island (big heartssss!!!) Well, I feel summer-ish with that sandal on, and finally I felt I was up to date with the current fashion..  Oh well, it was indeed a lovely day :D ..
