I left my baby on my bed.. why oh why.. the drama :P

Mmmmmmmonday.. Why do people say Monday Blues? Does each Monday come with a blues melody? Or does each Monday contain blue aura? Ish .. merepek tul. Oh well, I left my freaking phone today. SUXX.. I feel like I’ve left my baby at home. Do you feel like that too when you accidentally leave ure phone at home? I am pretty sure you u do. ok im feeling it.. Oh Monday blues… drama :P

Anyway, yesterday was the longest day/summer and I spent the whole day watching Korean and Japanese Drama series online from the moment I opened my eyes till I slept at 3 am. Initially, the plan was to go out for a picture outing to Stonehenge for Summer Solstice or even to Poole for the sandy beaches. But I had 3 big no gigantic ZITS growing nicely on my face, of course that made me feel a little low. Grrr.. So I thought staying in was probably the best option. I have been a little lazy with keeping up to date with my photos. Oh well, a rest is always good ;) .

Saturday was dBomb!!! Woke up late, had a late Brunch. And went to Selfridges with Dina and Mira to have a taste of Summer Sale! Oh My God.. I am in love with Kurt Geiger and Carvela shoes, they are absolutely gorgeous and when it is on sale, they are cheap!! I think I’ve tried 50 pairs of shoes/sandals and managed to get hold of 2. Love it love it! I just cant resist shoes, love Shoes.. Got some other things but my main highlight is the shoes.. I also wanted to get this shoe from nine west.. It has been awhile now. But I just realised, it has got 3 spots on the back out of the inner part of the shoe. I thought it was pig skin and I even asked one of the staff at the shop and she said it MIGHT be pig skin. I was soooo disappointed, went back and google-d it.. And I find out it was NOT pig skin.. (haih, dah la tk solat mlm tu sbb ingat dah tk leh… yes I did tried and loved it).. So now, to buy or not to buy (yes I promise not to buy shoes until … hmm cannot promisela ;P)

Shoe 1 : For work, Sandal 2: To enjoy summer ;P

Haha, just remembered, in my last entry i did say i did not want to spend this summer. I guess the idea has just gone down the drain.. lol.. and later that evening we enjoyed home made scones and melted chocolate biscuits with nuttela by Yan and Alia. Seddappppp, it was so good we ended up going back REALLY LATE. Although at one point i tried persuading Dina to sleep over at Yan’s.. Mcm la rumah Yan tu rumah i :P .

The yum yum scones and biscuits!

Anyway, have a great week guys.. take advantage of the sun!

Turn Monday Blues to Monday Pink.. wut??

I hated Monday normally, just because that means another 5 working days till 2 holiday weekends. I am going to change that feeling! Since I started doing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy course and being far away from Ifham, I would like to become a much more positive person. I don’t want to be a sad, angry or emotional person as I used too (Yes I do know I sound pathetic). Hence, today I tried searching for a few positive things:

1) I get to read free newspaper; my favourite is the morning Metro and sometimes London paper.. Today, interestingly Independent was free too..

2) I get to go for Street Jazz class..

3) Monday is also the day I get all my groceries shopping done for lunch at work. I love going to big Tesco’s. They are fabulous :D

4) Another fresh week.

5) 1 important thing: I GOT MY PASSPORT BACK FROM MY LAWYER! Heheh lega.. I felt so relief to the point that I could just fart without caring about people around me.. hhahaaa.. (bodo)..

Hmm.. I think I got till 5.. haha better than nothing..

Anyway, I had a fun and guilty Sunday. My friend from work, Kerry came over and I was SUPPOSE to go to Primark, Hammersmith with her to ASSIST her shopping. But in the ENDDD I obviously shop for myself. Being a shoe lover, although not as severe as Carrie Bradshaw from the SATC, I prefer affordable and comfi shoes.. But the shoe I bought from Primark is amazing, I am recommending to anyone who loves clubbing and wears high heels occasionally (for the sake of the look, but cant bear the pain after a few hours). Here is the shoe: It is called Fold Me Up and Put Me in the Bag Shoe (what a long name) and it is only 6 quid.

Unfold me

I’ve also read from London Lite about this shoe, it is amazing that Primark sell them too. I think if you look deeply and carefully, Primark do sell really trendy clothes. I am obviously not sharing the other things I bought ( I think it is too embarrassing)..

Well anyway, after the shopping session, we went to Piccadilly Circus because I need a phone card to call my beau. We ate at Wagamama’s and I asked for Cha Han without the chicken (well its Ifham’s favourite) Lol I am soooo pathetic, I know but I just have to say that! Well, let me share with you something else.. Do you know what Wagamama means?? It means Selfish, Ifham used to make fun of me because I kept remembering Jealous instead (ok our joke :P ).. Anyway, I only managed to eat half of my meal and confidently ordered chocolate fudge cake without realizing they had Wasabe sauce, like wut???. But nothing compares to Ifhams chocolate cake.. this was hmmm okla… maybe without the wasabe sauce I would have enjoyed more.. in the end I took some of Kerry’s Mango and Lychee sorbet which was actually refreshing..

kerryKerry, yes she was too shy to take a picture..

Went to take some pictures and after saying goodbye to her, I went back home and jog a little.. Overall good weekend, with several guilty pleasures and a good Monday to begin another week.. without Ifham. Ala.. please don’t get annoyed with me :) . Tomorrow Guildford day = tiring day.. Off to Disney dreaming land..good week everybody :D

Lovely Saturday

What a lovely day, I had my morning workout, had a long shower until I realized I was late.. I got ready quickly as I was meeting Kak Radziah (OMEC Chairman aka my bos) at Chorus hotel for another 30 minutes. Of course I arrived late —> with style and with a good reason behind it (I did went through a blunder with my ride, London transport, what’s new :P ).. We end up having a good meeting with interesting plans for a few months ahead (at least it will help me stop thinking of my beau, sigh). After all the hard work, went to MSD for lunch.

Then I went to do some research for the events I will be organizing. So first stop: Stowe Centre in Harrow road, it is a youth centre, but they also have a hall that you can rent for an event (and bloody cheap too!). Went in and to my surprise I met this very “friendly” Ghanian youth worker (well he is from Ghana, and he called himself a Ghanian, so I hope I’m not wrong), and we ended talking for almost fourty five minutes.

He started of with “ Wow, you have a nice smile” (that’s the first!!, and I was flattered, won’t you??). Don’t worry Chagi, I didn’t flirt Hahaha.. I just said “You’re too kind”, I hope I answered right because I do need his help in the end of the day. Yeah, we started of talking about the Hall, the price and all the things I need to know to crime in Westminster to travelling to music and end up with, “ Would you think that I am hitting on you if I ask for your number?” hahahaha At this point I was, Oh sugar, what should I do (a little sweaty, yeah it was hot LOL), well what the hack, I just gave him for the sake of networking (again I hope I am doing the right thing). Hence, I answered “ Of course not, I am sure we can keep this at a professional level”.  Whatever la kan… but I actually think it was a quality conversation.. hmmm.. he did say he will contact me if there is any event coming up..

Then I went to see Nik Yan.. Haris her son is so much bigger, healthier, stronger and cuter than the last time I visited them… Chomelllsss!!! Yes Yan too, she lost soooo much weight.. Hats off to you my dearest!  Makes me want to have one, stopppp!!!! not going there! Hhehe… Met Nik Azmi and Yanti at Yan’s too. Two individuals that I always meet at random places but never actually talked for almost four years.. ironic?? Not really, that happens a lot in my life I’m afraid. And finally, today we talked and actually they’re both REALLY nice :D ..

Then went back home.. but the highlight of the day was, my new pair of gladiator sandals that I bought last week with Mariam at River Island.. Love it to bits!! It is comfi too.. Love River Island (big heartssss!!!) Well, I feel summer-ish with that sandal on, and finally I felt I was up to date with the current fashion..  Oh well, it was indeed a lovely day :D ..
